Hi, I'm Ruth Ochoa, a fascia-focused bodyworker and John Barnes Myofascial Release®️ therapist with nearly 20 years of experience helping people heal from chronic pain and feel their best. I've witnessed how consistent myofascial self treatment transforms not only the body but the entire being; Creating space, lightness and ease where there was once tension, pain and fear. I created Unbound to make this healing approach accessible to everyone. My goal is to empower you with the lifelong skill of fascia self care so you can live freely and live fully!
